PROOF OF WORK · IN PRODUCTION

ANTON KUHLIG

I build business systems, calculation engines and customer portals for real companies. In production, with real users. More than twenty systems built, and the five flagships below carry real load every day.

The Flagships

Five flagships out of twenty-plus builds. These carry the heaviest load: tools that companies quote, calculate and sell with.

№ 01 BUSINESS SYSTEMMULTI-TENANTIN PRODUCTION

Magicpool

Complete business system for the pool industry, built multi-tenant from the ground up: several companies run on one codebase with strict data isolation between them.

Customers, leads, quotes and projects in one place
Document management with built-in preview
Row-level security keeps every company's data fully isolated
One deployment serves every tenant, so improvements land for all of them at once
Runs privately behind login, so no screenshots here. Customer data stays customer data.

№ 02LIVE

Evalio

The biggest build: a recruitment and staffing platform with application pipeline, talent pool, AI interview assistant, career-page editor and a complete GDPR suite covering data erasure, transparency and candidate rights. In continuous active development.

№ 03IN PRODUCTION

Ludvika Tak

Complete CRM for a roofing contractor: the full chain leads → customer → quote → project, change-order (ÄTA) management with public e-signing pages, time reports, service visits and project finances, all synced to Fortnox so the numbers match the books.

№ 04IN PRODUCTION

Portal Taklagret

Customer portal for the roofing wholesaler Taklagret: self-inspections with print support, invoices, orders, quotes and warranty certificates, plus an admin side for templates and access requests.

№ 05IN PRODUCTION

Takkalkyl

“Sweden’s first complete roof calculation” for Taklagret: calculation → roof surfaces → quote, with rule admin, subcontractors and supplier pricing. Ported from a legacy PHP system to a modern TypeScript stack while the business kept quoting.

The Register

The flagships on the books. What each one is, who it serves, and where it stands. The other builds are internal tools, prototypes and client work that never got a name.

№SystemWhat it isStatus

Client systems are intentionally unlinked. They run in production behind login, and customer data stays private.

The Method

Fast doesn’t mean sloppy. It means the right tools, hard constraints and no do-overs.

Build against reality

Every system integrates with what the company already runs: Fortnox, Stripe, existing registers. A business system that doesn’t talk to the books is a toy.

Legacy is not a dead end

Takkalkyl was ported from a legacy PHP system to a modern TypeScript stack without stopping the business that depended on it. Rewrites ship in slices, not big bangs.

One stack, deep knowledge

React, TypeScript, Vite/TanStack, Tailwind and Supabase in every project. Repetition on the same stack is why system seven ships faster than system one.

Multi-tenant from day one

Row-level security and tenant isolation are built in from the start, not bolted on afterwards. One codebase can carry several companies without data ever leaking between them.

NEXT MISSION?

Does your company need
a system that carries load?
